Fair Use Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
DeployCloud is for building and running software: your apps, APIs, sites and jobs. We don’t allow the kind of resource abuse that degrades the platform for everyone else, or using it against other people.
Not allowed, on any plan
Hosting or distributing any of the following will permanently ban your account.
- Proxies, VPNs and tunnels. Xray, V2Ray, sing-box, Shadowsocks, Hysteria, WireGuard, Cloudflare tunnels and the like, whether they run as a binary or are loaded inside your own app. Every app already gets a public HTTPS address; nothing needs its own way in or out.
- Crypto miners. Mining of any kind, on the CPU or anywhere else, including a miner tucked inside another app.
- Phishing. Pages that pass themselves off as another person, company or sign-in screen to collect passwords, payment details or personal data.
- Card fraud & testing. Checking stolen cards, carding shops, or anything else that tries payment credentials that are not yours.
- Spam. Email, SMS or messages people did not ask for, and the tools that send them in bulk.
- Pirated content. Restreaming video, IPTV or live sports, or distributing software, media or files you have no right to share, whether the app stores it or passes it through.
- Attacks on others. Scanning, brute-forcing or flooding other services, malware, or enrolling the container in a botnet or someone else’s control panel.
- More than one free account. One free account per person. Opening more to get past the free plan’s limits — under variations of one address, aliases or anybody else’s inbox — or opening free accounts to host other people’s apps gets all of them suspended. Need more apps? Upgrade the account you have.
- Anything illegal. Including content that sexualises minors, selling illegal goods, and anything that infringes other people’s rights.
How it is enforced
Every app is checked automatically when it is deployed and while it runs: its processes, its network connections and its files. The Privacy and Data Policy says exactly what is read and who reads it.
Anyone can also report an app; reports go to the people who run DeployCloud. When an app breaks this policy, caught by those checks or confirmed from a report, the account that owns it is suspended:
- all of its apps are stopped at once;
- it can no longer sign in, use its API tokens or deploy;
- 7 days later its apps are deleted, with their databases, volumes and backups.
Coming back under a new account to do the same thing is a breach of this policy too.
The suspension mail says which part of this policy it was for. If you think we got it wrong, write to the address below from the account’s own email.
A fair share
Apps share machines. Use the resources your app needs to do its job: an app that exists to burn CPU, memory, disk or bandwidth for their own sake is abuse even where no item above names it.
Changes
When this policy changes in substance, you will be asked to agree to it again before you next deploy.
